Returns

We understand these type products are sometimes difficult to decide which style is which.  Because of that, we will take back replacement slings with no problem as long as you pay for the shipping back and pay a restocking fee.  We are available to help you identify your furniture by phone and email to avoid such situation.  You also will not be refunded any shipping charges applied on the original shipment to you.

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible only if the order has not been shipped from our manufacturing facility.  Please contact our office ASAP if you feel the need to cancel.
